We provide stable quality with fiber laser welding robots, offering airtightness, durability, and beautiful finishes that surpass TIG welding.
◆Features of Sealed Welding/Socket Welding - Welding that prevents liquid leakage due to the narrow and deep penetration of fiber laser welding. - Capable of meeting IP** standards (with numerical values such as IP56 to be filled in for **). - Welding of curves such as cylindrical mouths and sockets can achieve uniform and beautiful finishes with fiber laser welding robots. - Fiber laser welding ensures strength greater than that of TIG welding. ◆Welding Processing Range - Materials: Both steel and stainless steel are acceptable. - Plate Thickness: Steel - weldable up to 3.2mm; Stainless Steel - weldable up to 3.0mm. ◆About Fiber Laser Welding (FLW3000N) - Capable of high-quality welding with less "burning" and "distortion" compared to existing laser welding. - Ideal for processing thin sheet metal. - Can accommodate welding processes that require deep penetration and strength. - Optimal for products that require precise tolerances by welding without bending. - Best suited for welding processes of sheet metal parts where aesthetic appearance is important. - High reproducibility and stability of quality due to robotic welding processing.
We will introduce examples of solutions to issues related to devices, enclosures, and exterior parts.
We would like to introduce a case study from "Ei Tsushin Kogyo Co., Ltd." that addresses the challenges of realizing the desired outcomes for devices, enclosures, and exterior parts. In response to the customer's request to "eliminate pinholes in the welds of galvanized steel sheets," we implemented a fiber laser welding robot, which successfully eliminated pinholes in the welds of galvanized steel sheets. The welding speed has nearly doubled compared to YAG welding, allowing us to achieve both quality and cost efficiency. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
Fiber laser welding is optimal for the production of home doors that prioritize high strength and appearance!
◆Production of Home Doors - To withstand the load of boarding and alighting passengers and the wind pressure when trains pass, fiber laser welding is optimal. - The narrow and deep penetration of fiber laser welding results in a beautiful finish and high-quality appearance. - Due to the high reproducibility of processing with fiber laser welding robots, stable and high-quality processing is possible. ◆Welding Processing Range - Materials: Both steel and stainless steel are acceptable. - Plate thickness: Steel - weldable up to 3.2 mm; Stainless steel - weldable up to 3.0 mm. ◆About Fiber Laser Welding (FLW3000N) - Compared to conventional laser welding, it enables high-quality welding with less "burning" and "distortion." - Ideal for processing thin sheet metal. - Capable of handling welding processes that require deep penetration and strength. - Suitable for products that require precise tolerances by welding without bending. - Optimal for welding processing of sheet metal parts where aesthetic appearance is important. - Due to robotic welding processing, there is high reproducibility and stability in quality.
With fiber laser welding, we can meet the high-level specifications for processing battery covers, housings, and components!
◆Battery case and component processing - Precise component processing is possible with fiber laser welding that minimizes distortion. - Small lot production is also possible. - Proven track record in component processing used for EV stands. ◆Welding processing range - SPHC/SUS plate thickness up to 6 mm can be welded.
